Bauhaus Meets Colorado Springs
I was thrilled to have the opportunity to design a special section for the magazine in honor of ‘Arts Month’ in October 2022. The section was focused on exploring the vibrant arts community in Colorado Springs, and I wanted the design to reflect the creativity and boldness of the artists and their work. That’s why I drew inspiration from the German Bauhaus design style, which is characterized by geometric shapes, abstract forms, and bold primary colors.
By incorporating these Bauhaus-like elements into the design, I was able to create a visually engaging layout that captured the energy and excitement of the local arts scene. I’m proud of how this project turned out and am excited to continue pushing the boundaries of design in future projects.
